Our cellar wouldn't be complete without the Montefalco Rosso DOC from Terre de’ Trinci. This wine is crafted from a meticulous blend of 65% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, and 15% other noble native grape varieties. The aging process in concrete vats and for at least 3 months in the bottle gives it a perfect balance between notes of red fruit, spices, and a pleasant structure. Perfect with flavorful first courses and grilled meats.
