"Cajo" is a modern and captivating wine, chosen by Nonna Balè for its personality. Produced by Terre de’ Trinci, it is a refined blend of 33% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 34% noble native grape varieties. The temperature-controlled vinification with a long maceration on the skins (15-20 days) extracts intense color and aromas. The result is a wine rich in black fruit, soft and persistent, ideal for accompanying roasts and red meats.
