The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Secco DOCG by Alberto Quacquarini is made from 100% Vernaccia Nera grapes, 60% of which are left to dry before vinification. With its complex three-fermentation process, it develops a ruby red color and a fine perlage. On the palate, it is soft, velvety, and persistent, with a characteristic slightly bitter aftertaste. Excellent with cured meats and traditional dishes.
