Directly from the tradition of the Marche region, Ciauscolo is a one-of-a-kind cured meat. Its main characteristic is its extremely fine and soft texture, which makes it perfectly spreadable. It is the most tender of all cured meats, ideal to be enjoyed on a slice of warm bread for a rustic and genuine appetizer. It pairs beautifully with fresh cheeses like young pecorino.
