The beating heart of our adventure is Nonna Balè, our beloved Valentina. Ever since she was a little girl, Miriana affectionately called her “Balè” a sweet attempt to imitate her grandfather Valè's name and that nickname has become the symbol of a family tradition passed down for over 50 years.
