The flagship of Nonna Balè's selection: the Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG from Terre de’ Trinci. Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, it follows a traditional aging process of at least 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle. On the nose, it explodes with aromas of blackberry and spice. On the palate, it is imposing, with vigorous tannins that promise a very long evolution. A meditation wine, perfect with game and braised meats.
