Among the treasures of the Marche region, Nonna Balè has selected Amaro Sibilla, a legendary liqueur whose recipe dates back to 1868. Obtained from a decoction of herbs and roots from the Sibillini Mountains over a wood fire, it is sweetened with local honey. Its taste is strong and bitter, yet rich in aromatic nuances that make it a unique digestif and an excellent tonic. To be enjoyed neat, with ice, or as a base for modern cocktails.
